COMMITTED TO THE PLANET

Much more than just cookies, Maison Linotte is committed to building a new model of virtuous and responsible consumption—one that respects our planet and all living beings on it.

Les mains dans le sol
Organic farming and eco-responsible production channels

Indulging ourselves while respecting our health and our planet is at the very core of Linotte’s DNA. 90% of the ingredients we use for our recipes come from organic farming, and 100% are of natural origin and sourced from sustainable production channels. We also systematically prioritize local sourcing whenever possible, to minimize our environmental impact and support our ecosystem of small producers.

Committed to animal welfare

At Maison Linotte, we love animals and believe that our cravings for sweetness in no way justify any act of cruelty towards them. That is why we carefully select all the producers we work with, and ensure that animal welfare is at the heart of the production processes of the ingredients we use in each of our recipes.

Sustainable cocoa

Key elements of our creations, Linotte works exclusively with exceptional ans innovative chocolates made from sustainable cocoa beans. In this regard, we support the Cocoa Horizon program created by our supplier and partner Barry Callebaut, which aims to develop new cocoa production methods that preserve biodiversity and ecosystems, while promoting the economic and social development of small cocoa farmers and their communities.

No waste

Our cookies are baked at the time of your order, not before. This not only ensures that you can enjoy your cookies fresh upon arrival, but also helps to avoid food waste. When we know that food waste alone is responsible for the emission of 3.3 gigatonnes of greenhouse gases each year, every little acts counts for the planet.

French and sustainable packaging

For the delivery and presentation of our cookies, we have chosen to work with Coqli, a young French company on a human scale located in the Vosges. Their packaging is made from fully biodegradable and 90% recyclable cardboard. In addition, inks used for printing do not contain toxic and reactive products, making them safer for the environment and human health.

Solidarity

Solidarity is a core value of Linotte. That is why we commit each year to donating 1% of our profits to associations working towards building a better world in areas as diverse as environmental protection, animal welfare, health, and gender equality.
