Linotte is a young French company created in November 2023 by Ismaël Méité, Cookie Master and native of the lovely city of Tours. Located in the Touraine region, which bears the nickname 'The Garden of France', Tours is a land of gastronomy with exceptional historical and natural heritage, which earned it the label 'International City of Gastronomy' by UNESCO in 2013.
